Chef Giuseppe D'Angelo has studied and trained at the renowned Chef Sergio Lorenzi's school. By opening the restaurant La Clessidra has managed to combine imaginative and refined cuisine, in search of creative novelties in respect of the intense flavors of ancient Tuscany. A passion that allows guests to enjoy unique dishes, delighting in excellent cuisine.
